These Terms and Conditions are the standard terms for the sale of services and goods by CarLocksmithAM, a trading brand of Phoenix Car Keys Ltd, a company registered in England (Company No. 15609407), whose registered address is 8 The Old Mill Norwich Road, Hoveton, Norwich, England, NR12 8DA.
"We / Us / Our" means CarLocksmithAM, trading as Phoenix Car Keys Ltd.
"You / Your" means the customer placing an order for services.
"Services" means the auto locksmith services to be provided as agreed at the time of booking.
"Goods" means any parts or keys supplied as part of the Services.
"Price" means the price quoted for Services and Goods at the time of your order.
"Order" means your booking made by telephone or WhatsApp.
"Order Confirmation" means our acceptance of your booking.
These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by CarLocksmithAM. A legally binding contract is formed when we confirm your booking. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms.
Nothing in our sales literature, website or telephone discussions constitutes a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your booking constitutes the offer, which we may accept at our discretion.
CarLocksmithAM operates exclusively between 4:00am and 11:00am every day. We provide emergency auto locksmith services including vehicle entry, lost key replacement, ignition barrel replacement and related services.
We will provide Services with reasonable skill and care, consistent with best practices in the auto locksmith industry. We will begin Services on the date and time agreed at booking.
The price for Services will be quoted when you place your order by telephone or WhatsApp. Quoted prices are fixed and will not change on arrival, provided the information you gave us at the time of booking was accurate and complete.
Prices may change at any time but will not affect any order we have already confirmed.
Our prices do not currently include VAT. If we become VAT registered, we will adjust pricing accordingly.
Payment is required in full on completion of every job. We do not offer credit accounts, deferred payment or invoice billing of any kind.

We do not charge any additional fees for any of the above payment methods. A receipt will be issued immediately on completion of payment.
Where you provide card details at the point of booking, you agree that we may securely store those details via our payment processor for the purpose of completing the transaction. We do not store full card details on our own systems.
You acknowledge that accurate information about your vehicle and situation is essential for us to correctly price and perform the Services. Where incomplete, inaccurate or withheld information materially affects our ability to perform the agreed Services, we reserve the right to:
You may cancel your booking at any time before we begin providing the Services at no charge. Once an engineer has been dispatched, an attendance fee may apply to cover travel costs incurred.
We may cancel your booking if required personnel or materials are unavailable, or if an event outside our control prevents us from attending. In such cases any payment already made will be refunded within 14 calendar days.
We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the provision of our Services. Our liability is limited to the value of the Services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle or for issues arising from incomplete information provided at the time of booking.
In the event of any damage caused directly by our engineers during the provision of Services, please contact us immediately on 0330 043 6681.
If you are not satisfied with the Services provided, please contact us as soon as possible at help@carlocksmitham.co.uk or by telephone on 0330 043 6681. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve any complaint promptly.
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in providing Services where that failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic accidents, extreme weather, road closures or vehicle breakdown.
